Upgraded my contract 3weeks ago to a samsung galaxy s4. After 8 days, the reception on the phone goes on and off every few seconds. So you send my new phone in for repairs after two sim swops. Got my phone back with a new sim, and again the same problem. I dont think it is the phone, and no one knows how to help me. Long story, just about contacted every one I can from cell c. I am getting impatient. Either get me a new phone or contract or I am changing my service provider. Or consumer protection act will hear from me soon. And dont reply with your details saying I have to contact the technical department, they cant help me either.
