My Blackberry Leather Pocket experience

My dad and I set off to MTN Atterbury Value Mart, Pretoria to reactivate my account (after my phone was) and buy a new Blackberry. My dad is the account holder of the contract. The salesperson, Ms Refilwe Lekala, opened the BB Bold 9900 box and started up the phone. I bought a black BB-leather pocket (unaware of what I was about to find out when I arrived home). On arrival at home, deep inside the box was a white leather pocket. I wasn't informed about this white pocket - needless to say: I didn't need the black one. If Refilwe only told me that the box contained a white one. So an extra R289 later, I went back to the shop to get my money back (this time without my dad). She to me by telling me that she showed my father the white pocket in box and that she couldn't refuse to sell me a black one if I needed one. I phoned my dad from another number (mine is still not reactivated) to ask him why he also looked so surprised at home if he knew about it... Needless to say: there was a lot of words, she had a stinking attitude towards me as the client, cheated me into buying the product, to me and she refused to give me a cash refund. How is that for service?!
