We bought a fully leather lounge suite but after a few mnths discovered its not full leather as their were white marks from the sun on the back of the couch. We have been trying for mnths now to get G&R to refund our money but they have a new plan each week! The "manager" is no help so we then called customer service and they dont seem to help either. They asked me for their own booklets where they sell the suite as fully leather, i emailed the booklets, after we complained numerious times at the shop itself a new booklet came out with leather uppers! They said they were busy after weeks of complainig weekly they will refund us as i refused another suite, 2 weeks after many phone calls from our side they said they are still busy with the account. 2 weeks after that my husband called again and they said they came to the conclusion that my suite is full leather and they refuse to refund us! NOBODY has been at my house to even show us or themselves its full leather!!! Aside from the marks from the sun you can actually smell the leather uppers and then smell the plastic from the "leather" on the sides and back! Is there anybody that can plse help us and not try to us?
