Vodacom
They sold me a phone with a dead screen

My dad bought me a contract phone (blackberry 9320) which the consultant never tested to see if it was working or not. when i got home and switched the phone on i realised that the screen wouldn't come on. i took it back to vodacom 4u hoping that they'll immediately replace it with a new working phone which they did not. William told me that they had to return it to blackberry and that i'd have to wait for 2 to 3 days for blackberry to send me another phone although it wasn't my fault and it was sold to me not working. although i did not understand this "new procedure" i kept calm and waited the 3 days. on the 3rd day i had to call the store to find out what was going on since they didn't call me. called in twice and he promised that he was checking the where abouts of my phone with blackberry only for him to call me after i called him twice, asking me the name of the contract holder which meant he hadn't called blackberry yet. went to the store when i knocked off only for him to give me attitude and tell me that he told me over the phone that "blackberry was still checking" its Friday today and i am gonna be paying for a phone i haven't even used. i am unpleased with the service.
