I WANT IMMEDIATE SATISFACTION

Vodacom's service is not existent. This is the 4th time my son has had to take his Blackberry in as it freezes and the screen turns white. So unhelpful were the staff. Vodacom also has an option on their forms that they can give you a replacement phone until yours is repaired, however they dont have any phone in the entire store for him to use. This is also the 4th time they dont have a replacement phone. We have now had to go and buy him a uncool phone so that he is able to speak to his family and friends. I mean really, I am currently paying for 5 contracts and this is the service I get...
Vodacom your service eggs... my poor son has taken his blackberry back on 4 occasion as he gets a blank screen (which is a factory fault and not a human fault) I took the phone in and requested that they supply him with a phone that works. Considering that I am currently paying for 6 contracts for my family. Today I get a call did you receive the quote to fix your sons phone - R1 100, now that's what I call "lack of customer service" I am certainly going to be taking this matter further, I am no longer going to put up with service
