I have 11 contracts with Cell C! Since 2011 I have made it very clear to every person I speak to, that my lines are not to be stopped due to high usage. I run an events company and constantly go over my limit!!! Every time they stop my lines, it takes a minimum of two days to sort this issue out!! Every time I am assured that I won't have this issue again, only to have them cut my lines again!!! It is a nightmare to get through to a person who can help you! I keep on telling the call centre assistants that I don't want to speak to them and want to go through to a supervisor!! This results in a half an hour fight!!! I DONT WANT TO SPEAK TO YOUR ASSISTANTS, I WANT TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR!!! I HAVE REQUESTED THAT A SUPERVISOR CALL ME BACK ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, WITH NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER!!!
I realize I am not your biggest customer, but there is a certain way to deal with all customers without infuriating or annoying them!!! If I ask to speak to a supervisor immidiately, it is because I have lodged this complaint 6000 times before!!! The assistant can't help me!!! Don't waste my time asking me stupid questions! Put me through to a SUPERVISOR!!!
