STILL AWAITING CALL BACK

I applied online for an upgrade on 19th or 20th finally got a call back from the call centre on Friday. After discussing with lady i asked her to call me back after an hour well 4 complete days have gone by without any feedback!!! Totally unacceptable lack of service delivery! How much longer should i wait for a call back???
