I did the online upgrade request on friday the 27th Dec and on the 28th I got a call to complete my upgrade, I requested that I needed to transfer the account into my name and have the upgrade an iphone 5s 16g in space grey delivered to my house and the call center operator said that was no problem and it would be delivered on the 30th at 9:30. As Monday at 9:30 came and went I then called back to be told that Vodacom can not guarantee a delivery time and i need to call RAM which i did and they had not even received the phone yet, so I left a message on Facebook and the social media team informed me that the upgrade team cant do a transfer of the account and i need to go into store which i did event though the call center had said they could do it, i was then promised by the social media team that someone would call me in the next 24 hours, this was on Monday and im still waiting for that call, on the 31st RAM arrived with the phone in the wrong colour so i sent it back and the service since then has been even worse and i still don't have a phone and it apparently takes 5 days to cancel a upgrade so I can leave Vodacom and go to another provide
