On Thursday 29th August I applied online for a cell phone contract. A lady by the name of Molebatse called me completed the application telephonically and all went okay with the application. the only thing was for me to choose the phones I wanted. I told the lady that my wife is undecided on the phone she wants can we complete this tomorrow. she then asked for my wife's number and I don't know what transpired between them . the only this my wife said is that she told her to please call tomorrow once we've decided on what phones we want to take. Friday no call from Vodacom. I called Monday 8:30am to follow up with her I was told by Tshego that Molebatse is busy with another client and will call me back as soon as she is done. 3hours later no call from Vodacom. I called and go connected to Sheppard and he go hold of molebatse and she came to the phone and told me her system is not working and she couldn't call me back but will call me to complete the application but she is not sure what time it will be sorted. I then asked her to call her Sup but she said he is not around. I then asked her to call Sheppard's Sup and she cut the call and put me the survey voice.
