Vodacom call center needs to have a watch

I completed an online application for a vodacon data sim card. the call center called me back 2 days later to confirm and after 15 minutes and 2 different people (the first didnt know what she was doing) the approved the application. i confirmed my details 5 or 6 times and they informed me that since it was Friday they will only do delivery on Monday. on Wednesday i called the call center to inform them that i havent received my sim card. they lady informed me that they were having problems with their system and that she will call me later on in the day to give me some feedback. i call again on friday as nobody bothered to get back to me and they said that there was no delivery address an that i should call the courier company and find out was is happening with the delivery. this is truly terrible service and will avoid dealing with vodacom at any cost. thanks vodacom for nothing. i wanted to cancel the contract and she said that she will contact them and get back to me... Probably next week again
