I have (wish I could say "had") a contract with Nashua, the number was ported to another cell-phone provider, fees paid for porting and all documenation submitted as requested.
The bills just keep on coming! The debit orders just keep on taking my money.
I've contacted them multiple times, everytime their client services promises to sort out the problem...
"we see on the system 10 of 11 steps were done, we'll do the last one now..."
"we'll check that this doesn't happen again..."
"etc... etc..."
Thabo and Sarleen have been my contact persons and neither of them seem clued up on how to actually make a change.
If my instruction is to cancel the contract, but they don't and still keep taking my money, they are, as simple as that.
