I had to take my C5 03 Nokia phone in for repairs for the fourth time in less than a year! It is utterly frustrating and a total abuse of my rights as a customer with a contract with MTN to pay for a service that you are not getting.
The main problems are not receiving incoming calls or phone just rings once and go to voicemail for the caller.
Also loses internet connection continously and I have to remove battery to get it going again. Backcover has now also chipped as a result of opening and closing all the time.
When will Nokia decide enough is enough and solve this problem once and for all? I can only upgrade towards the end of the year - and will not be able to handle more phone failures before that time.
