I was a client of Nashua Mobile for 12 years.
Last year I decided to cancel the contract and convert my nr to pay as you go. While the process wasn't very smooth (lots of calls/emails/faxes answered by very little response from Nashua) eventually it was done, and my nr was pay as you go, and I was no longer a client of Nashua Mobile.
3 Months later I noticed Nashua is still debiting my account every month. This only took one call to sort out, and the money was reversed back into my account. Well done Nashua.
However, now every month I am getting bills in the post for R0.00 - Zero Rand!
Come on guys.
This went on for about 5 months, after which I received a bill for R10.00 for POSTAGE! That's just outrageous.
I have to pay Nashua, to tell me on a monthly basis that I don't owe them money. And I am not even a client anymore.
Please sort this out Nashua.
Regards.
