Money taken from my account

I received my account that reflected an amount of _ R200 taken off my account for a subscription that I know nothing about and for which there is no proof of the subscription. I have never subscribed to any thing on my cell ever over many years and my account will reflect just that. My concern is that MTN refuse to take responsibility and they refer me to the so called company. I did not sign my contract with any other company but with MTN and they do not have the authority to add any unknown amount to my account where I did not approve it or they did not receive proof from the so called company (Opera Interactive and Wurup) I demand a refund from MTN and they can get the money back from any of these companies.
