MTN had been drawing money from my account on behalf of Smartcall tech for close to a year. Following my complaints Smartcall refunded me my money and unsubscribed me from their database. However the very following month i have another R500 drawn by MTN on behalf of Smartcall tech. I spoke to Esmeralda Johnson who is meant to be a supervisor at the call desk and she had the nerve to tell me even if i go to vodacom or cell c the same thing would happen. I asked for MTN to sort this out well before payment was due and thank you very MUCH MTN together with Esmeralda for nothing... I now have to go out of my way to chase a refund from Smartcall. To think that i have been with MTN for more than 7 years.
