I am very disappointed with MTN as a service provider. There is so many complaints on Hello Peter against Opera Interactive and then MTN still continue to allow these transactions to be deducted from your loyal customer's cellphone account. Clearly there is a problem at this company together with their partner company called Linguistic Mobile (0800 9922 30).
MTN should stop with immediate effect all transaction with this company.
As for Ian Flemington (who is the owner of Opera Interactive), how dare you my money. I order that billing will be stop immediately and I demand a refund for all the deduction that you've made against my cellphone number. I do not ever subscribe to these kind of services and also will never do so in the future.
MTN if any more deductions go off my account, I will hold MTN responsible to refund me as I am clearly instructing that no such fees are allowed to be deducted from my account. I also instruct MTN not to give my cellphone number to any other company to be used for promotions or any other subscriptions.
