I loaded R50 on my cell C mobile. The next thing i find that i am left with only approximately R21 within a short space of time (i have not used my phone, but my airtime has disappeared). I called Cell C and was informed that OPERA INTERACTIVE has been debiting my account as i am subscribed with them. I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS COMPANY. I tried calling this company but have asked to hold for the next consultant. I find this is illegal and unethical for any company to just get into our accounts and debit without our knowledge. Whats even more disappointing my contract is with Cell C and they should first enquire with the client to see if he/she has any contract with another company before debits can go off their account.

I hope someone from cell C will contact me and sort this out. I would like my airtime refunded to me.
