No response from Vodacom team

We have lodged several complaints to Vodacom regarding no signal in the Newlands, Cape Town area.
My last e-mail to the complaints department was on the 13th of March 2013. When ever one try to phone regarding this issue you have to hold the line for up to 20 min.

The main issue is, there is NO Signal in the Newlands area, if you receive calls you can hardly hear the other person and outgoing calls is not even an option. We have a business at Upper Holly street, Newlands and due to the bad reception/signal issues this is highly unprofessional.

The new ad on t.v where Vodacom "brags" about there exceptional coverage is misleading advertizing.
It would be great if Vodacom could at least attempt to assist us.

We are strongly considering taking our contract to another service provider, we have been with Vodacom for more than 10 years.

I will post a complaint every week if need be until we get some response from Vodacom. Surely it can't be that difficult to put up a signal tower.
