I have a blackberry 9320 with no BIS, BES etc for the past week. I call customer service on 140 and am told they are experiencing "a challenge" I get put through to the technical services team that dont resolve my problem. I am told they dont know when the problem will be resolved. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!!... My details were taken down and i was promised someone will call me back and no one has called up to date.
In the mean time I am paying for a phone/contract that i cannot use.
I hope this gets their attention and i receive some sort of feedback!!!
