Hi Ive been experiencing a problem with my BIS since the end of january I've contacted customer service numerous times each time they try something different but the problem couldn't be resolved then on last sunday I called again playing the angry customer again they told me they will look into it and call me back on monday afternoon I received a call from the team leader saying they tried everything on their side and again tellls me there is problems with their servers with Blackberry they will place my name on a list to get the problem be checked into, now its sunday again and my problem still exists. I have a blackberry 9300 and my BBM pin is 289DEDA5, I also have 2 reference numbers already 1740391 and TT1747521. Ive spoken to Customer Care assistants and to the technical team already (084155555). On my phone self my Host routing table displays *No Entries* I tried registering but never recieved the settings. I did a security wipe don't know if it could be the cause. and in my advanced system settings it shows something bout BES activation. I tried a prepaid Cell C BIS sim card of a friend with a Blackberry 9300 as well but I still didn't receive the settings. Could be the pin
