No Blackberry Sercvices for two weeks and one day

My son has a contract with Cell C, in which he uses Blackeberry internet services.

These services are unavailable for two weeks and one day now. He has contacted technical support at least 15 times, and we visited the Cell C branch at Somerset Mall last week Tuesday (14/5/2013) to try getting this resolved.

Technical support keeps on having him set his phone mobile network to manual and select Cell C, after which he has to reboot. No solution.

The staff at the Cell C outlet pretty much had him do the same.

We were also told that Blackberry has issues with about 25% of their users. I could find no real evidence of a widespread Blackberry problem, on the internet. We are also not aware of any of his friends who experience the same issues.

I have a contract with, and is paying Cell C for BIS and BBM, and expect them to sort this problem out. Merely telling me that it is a Blackberry issue, is not good enough.
