I ordered a Z10 phone from Cell C firstly directly at a store (mall @ Carnival) but they could not help me or give me an expected date of delivery or even how far I am down the list. No reply from the store manager after 7 calls in 5 days (always out smoking outside apparently) her name is Renee. I eventually went directly to Cell C for which I thought would be a better plan.
Even after 5 calls waiting to speak to a team leader which was promised to call me back I have never received a call from any of them : - Lizelle De Villiers, and Tshina even after being promised so every time I called.
I Have now eventually received the phone (being promised 5-7 working days) in 13 working days or (17 days)
Unfortunately this is very frustrating as such my first hello peter post.
I would like a reply from the Cell C customer service department.
As this episode took about 5 hours trying to sort out for which I will never get back.
