I handed my faulty mobile in on 29 january for the THIRD time in 3 months, on the 23 february I got an sms to collect my mobile only to my suprise they did absolutely NO work on the phone and I got it back the exact same, their reason, they got a new system and I need to show my contract in order to get my mobile repaired! I handed the mobile in when ur system was still on the old one, you wait 3 weeks to tell me this!! I will post this is the newspaper and take legal action, you have not delivered a service to repair a faulty mobile that I need to pay for every month and not get any use of!
