The air time has not been paid waiting from 25 dec

I bought airtime through Internet banking on the25th December for R50n did not receive the airtime. Spoke to the customer service n was told that they are experiencing technical problem n they are working on it n airtime will be credited onto my number ASAP problem is resolved. Spoke to them in 2 days time they had same response with a bad attitude n a call was logged, furthermore, i was promised to get a call from cell c n it never happened. Therefore, I spoke to them again in 3 days time, the customer service had same response, then i requested for the supervisor to be on the call and then the STORY CHANGED COMPLETELY, THE SUPERVISOR (NAME: PHEMBI) SAID THAT I MUST FAX/EMAIL THE PROOF OF PURCHASE2THE TECHNICAL [Email Removed] THEY WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITHIN48HR N CREDIT MY ACCOUNT, THE SUPERVISOR WAS REALLY ARROGANT. After mailing the proof i hv been waiting (9days), hwever I called Cell C and they said the problem has been resolved but i have not received the airtime.
This story has not been resolve it as yet. I have spoken to the bank and they have confirmed that the money has been paid to cellc and they must give me air time.
