For past 6 weeks I have not been able to receive bbm's and have difficulty in receiving a decent signal. I was told by Cell C at Clearwater that I need to replace my sim, which the consultant did for me; no bbm connection, but the consultant did assure me that I would be able to bbm within the next 24 hours. Nothing... off to Cresta who advised me that this is a Blackberry problem. I phoned Blackberry and the consultant told me that she had logged a complaint with the technical department. I waited another 48 hours, ... nothing happened. Off to Cresta for the 2nd time, what a laught. They promised me again that the matter would be sorted within the next 24 hours... nothing. Off to Northgate, another story. Cell C what is happening?
I have been a customer for the past 12 years, and paying for services which I am not receiving. Will someone at Cell C please assist me???
