Terrible service/help needed

On the 08-02-13 I called Cell C to speak to Nelly regarding my problems that I am experiencing with Cell C & their service. While on the line with Cell C, I got a call on my other phone from the store where I took my contract and was told by Ashna who has a terrible attitude that she is reversing my contract to zero months which means she was reversing it back to my old contract. She reversed the contract without my permission. I spoke to Zodwa Ntenga @ Cell C on the 08-02-13 who said that the contract was reversed & she would call the store on my behalf to refund me my R115.00. To date I have not received a call or my money.
I just called Cell C today (27-02-13) & was told by Gugu that the contract was not reversed which was very frustrating to know that this was not done as Zodwa did confirm that this was done on the 08-02-13. Cell C seems to be pushing their clients backwards and forwards with no answers & no one seems to be resolving my problem but Cell C is yet charging me for a handset that I do not have.
Could someone competent please resolve my problem... I am truly FED UP, ANNOYED & FRUSTRATED TO BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER & I am not impressed by Cell C's service.
