I am currently experiencing the worst internet and voice service delivery from Vodacom in the last 4/5 months and they expect full payment for it or otherwise i will be blacklisted or summonsed. I have reported the matter over ten times. Up to date Jason, the Western Cape tech manager is still to come back to me. I have also received several service requests and false promises that he will revert back to me, or remedy our problem, but I still don't have Internet connection or sometimes, if i am lucky it will start operating after 01:00 in the morning and i am tied up in a 24 month contract. I have to buy Cell C prepaid airtime to conduct my business, due to this issue i am loosing customers who can't reach me on a daily basis. How do I get them to fullfill their contractual obligation as I pay them for this service, which they are not delivering, or how do i cancel my contract with them. My data keep on disappearing but then they give me a technical excuse. Vodacom!!! PLEASE HELP!
