Above ref was given by Vodacom and Jason contacted me by phone. Jason admitted to my complaints and promised a follow up call on 31 Jan2013. Today is 2 Feb and no news from Jason or Vodacom.
My request to hellopeter is to arrange with Vodacom to have my contract no I2688975 be cancelled at 28 February 2013. At the moment I have no internet connection and I would like to arrange with another service provider. My complaints to Vodacom dates back to August 2012 and the only answers I get is that the engineers are working on the problem. Please all I want is to have internet connection.
