Last month my house was broken into and goods were incl my cellphone (BB 9320). This phone is insured with Edgars who said they needed a case number and ITC (black listing number; provided by my network provider) in order to process my claim. Its been almost a month and CellC has still not provided me with this ITC number nor have they completed the blacklisting of this phone. Each time I call CellC I get a different story but what I know for sure, and what every agent I have spoken to over the phone, is my blacklisting request was received. Every call and query I make is met with the please wait "24-48 hrs" its been over 20days now. Even worse is Edgars refuses to help me in this matter. The instore staff refuse to help me unless I have the ITC number (which CellC is supposed to be handling). So no thanx to CellC and Edgars
