How come, if the Vodacom engineer states the non-delivery of service is due to "serious capacity problems", does Vodacom still advertise and they still sign on new customers on a daily basis. Is it really all about collecting as much money as possible from a client without having to deliver the basic service (ability to make a phone call using your cell phone) and further ensure that client is tied in with a 24 month contract and heavy penalties if you want to cancel your contract?
The standard response stays that Vodacom is working on the problem - but this has been the response for almost two years - and I keep on getting calls from Vodacom representatives confirming that yet another contract has been pre-approved for me!
Shame on you Vodacom!!!
