I have recently upgraded my account from a My Gig 5 to a Talk M. This was done aprox 2 months back. to date I cannot use this contract or cell phone.
I run & manage a signage company & I loose business daily as a result of Vodacoms incompetence.
I have queried this a number of times with Vodacom. Yesterday I phoned Mpho fom your call center & he was unable to assist as he said that the system was offline. I asked him to call me back. He said he would & he did not. Pathetic.
I have dealt with Karin at Vodashop Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit & she too could not help no matter how hard she tried
Vodacom is now in breach of contract & the only other option I now have is to approach the consumer council & inform this of this travisty. Last month Vodacom offered me 100 sms's & R150 airtime. What was The point when the contract is not working. This is also a fraction of the income I am losing on a daily basis.
Do you perhaps think that there is anyone working at Vodacom that has the skill & capability to solve this issue. If not, please can you cancel this contract so that I can approach a more reputable cell phone coompany.
