According to Autopage, if my phone stopped working within the 6 month period, I would be replaced with a new phone (Blacberry 9900). My phone couldn't back-up, it would redial my last dialled number 10 minutes after putting down the phone, and a few other things had gone wrong. It wasnt even 2 months old. I took my phone to autopage and the guy behind the counter said it needed a software upgrade and i should leave the phone there so he could do it. my Phone got sent off for reapirs without them informing me or asking me to drop off the entire box and contents for a return. i was sent someone elses refurbished phone back. Unhappy I sent this back and I am still waiting to be sent a new phone. It's been a month already. Customer services keep saying they will get back to my husband who has been calling them everyday and still nothing's been done. My phone is my business tool and i'm being billed for a contract and services that i cant use, not to mention the amount of calls my husband has made to customer services. Who's going to compensate us for that?
