I contacted the accounts department to check on the status of my account as i could nt log on and idicated the account has been cancelled??? i was told that due to high usage??? REALLY! i signed up for the uncapped package and was under the impression i was paying for it. But never the less no warning was given or a courtesy call and we have a bussiness running on the line. Your customer service is pathetic it would have been great to at least warm me the "Irritation Factor" is imense i assure you. I want to confirm that i do not owe you a cent. I want an answer regarding that as i will definately sign up with another service provder i am not interested in you packages any longer and disregard for peoples livelihood. Catch a wake up this is the 21st century. What a ripp off!!! Oh thanks for sending emails to my MWEB email box that does nt exist.
