Last year November (2012) my Nokia C-05 started packing up and it is under warranty with Autopage. They took the phone in for repairs, I waited 9 WEEKS for the return of my phone only to get it back with the problem not solved at all, there wasnt even writing explaing what they did to my phone! I asked for a new phone as they said if the problem is not resolved I can ask for a new one because I need my phone for everyday work. They take the phone in again telling me they will attend to it urgently after messing me around the 1st time, Ive been waiting for a month now and no one knows whats going on. The service I got in the store was excellent and helpfull but higher management behind the scenes is shocking with their service. After all this with no response to this date I demand a new phone! I will post another update of this matter on hello peter regarding the solution that Autopage gives me to this poor service.
