Last year my blackberry stopped working and I took it into Autopage East London and wow they were great as the phone was replaced within 10 days. 3 months later in December 2012, this replacement phone stopped receiving calls and making calls. I took it in to Autopage East London on the 04/01/13 and they contacted me back to about a week later and said that the phone had been blacklisted by MTN.
They arranged for the phone to be un-blacklisted which never happened. They then said that there is a problem with the paper work behind this phone as it was a refurbished phone which now is blacklisted.
A question I would like very much ansrewed is how can Autopage supply a customer a seconhand refurbished phone that is blacklisted and now the best part is I still am paying for the BIS services since the middle of December which I can not even use and I had to get myself a phone to carry on with. No compensation as been offered and still I have not received my phone back or a new replacment phone.
When I last check with Autopage East London, the phone is now missing!!!
Autopage East London is awesome service but the head-office is... well rather not say.
