Unacceptable and disappointed

I was due for an upgrade in July 2012, however with the launch of the new I phone 5 in December took a decision to wait. I had advised the corporate call centre to call me once the phone had been received. On launch date no call received of which i called and was advised stock had been delivered but there had been a problem with the packages of which management had advised consultants not to proceed, said I would be called back once resolved, and was promised I would be one of the first to get my phone... No call received, again I called NOW the response was that Packages were fine but no phones!!! This is absolutely unacceptable as I have been to. I was unable to upgrade at any MTN outlet as I am with Corporate and as a result of their appalling service delivery have no I Phone 5. I have made more than 20 calls to MTN Corporate (0839003325), ref no's (cm40140017) (lm14121113). After 15 years of being your loyal customer I am now seeking another service provider who will supply me the phone and transfer my number, as my contract has exceeded maturity, therefore no longer have to renew my contract. 8.ta and Vodacom have stock and able to assist.
