I upgraded my contract on 16/10/12 with MTN Corporate. On 29/11/12, the new phone dies. I take it in to MTN Eastgate on 3/12/12 and give it to Samson. 2 weeks later, I call the call centre who can't find the phone even though the branch insists that they sent it in. After numerous phone calls, Samson notifies me on 9/1/13 that I can collect a new phone & that they do have stock etc. I go in on the 10th and wait 20 minutes while he is in the back office. He sends out his manager Vivienne who advises me that they can't give me the new phone as I had originally ordered it through MTN Corporate. MTN Corporate has taken a week to find the damaged phone and were supposed to deliver a new phone to me on Wednesday. It is now Friday and I still have not received delivery.
