It give me great pleasure to write a compliment instead of a complaint. I contacted NM's service centre number to enquire about an upgrade on one of my contracts. I was greeted by a mr Simon Ramoshai, he was well spoken very friendly and super effiecent. I requested that he send me all the deals that were available and he did so within 5 minutes. He then also followed up to make sure I received the info. Today I found myself cursing NB because for some or other reason they didn't take my debit order on the correct date, so I mailed Simon. Within minutes he responded to the credit controller on my account to contact me. Clone Simon and replace everybody else with the Simon clones. It will only do the company good.
