DSTV Explorer Upgrade by OnAir TV

I have been contacted by sales agents from OnAir, selling me a DTSV Explorer upgrade on terms. They delivered the Explorer unit on the 5th October through Comit Technologies (Pty) Ltd. Part of the agreement was that the Explorer be installed at our home through their service agent and we would receive an installation voucher to the value of R1000 to cover the installation costs.

We were given the name Simon and the following numbers 043 736 2737 and 083 469 9822 to arrange a suitable time to do the installation. To date this installation has not been done. I have phoned numerously on 0861277738 to enquire what the problem is. We have not been able to contact this Simon on either of his numbers. It is my right as a consumer under the consumer protection act to demand this service be provided. This service has not been rendered by Simon, OnAir or DSTV.

I have demanded that this be done, proof can be found on the recordings of my telephone conversations in the possession of On Air. Simon, OnAir and DSTV are in breach of the upgrade contract.

This is the poorest service ever!
