I needed Dog Food, and, I completely forgot to get some during the day. At 17h20, I remembered, and on the "odd" chance that I would be lucky, I called MIDFEEDS, BLUE HILLS. Simon answered, and from the beginning, it was "no problem". Even though they had closed at 17h00 and everyone had left, Simon waited for me, kept the warehouse open, helped me with the purchse and loaded the Dog Food for me.
He was just friendly and helpful all the way through, and Simon's efficiency, great attitude and committment to Customer service is hugely commendable.
I am most impressed and would recommend MIDFEEDS BLUE HILLS as a really great place to visit.
