A phone was reported and was blocked/blacklisted. Now the phone is found. Called Vodacom 2 weeks back to unblacklist the phone. Well they faxed me a form then told me to fill it in and fax it back. I did that and waited a week. The phone is still blocked. I guess Vodacom didn't bother to check thatt form I faxed them. This morning I called Vodacom looking for that fax number so I can refax a request to unblock my phone. Simon was so helpful. He assisted me and went an extra mile. Simon deserves more responsibilities. He is dedicated to his work. I felt at ease after speaking to him. Unfortunately I got cut before I can rate his service. Well Simon gets a 110 % for his efficiency. Well done Simon. Keep up the good work. I wish all consultants can learn a thing or two from you.
