Cellphone banking! Money deducted, no airtime!!

I have loaded airtime using the Standard bank Mtn cellphone banking service and never received my airtime.
This has happend more than 6 times already!! when i called the bank, they say that that is an mtn facility and it must be sorted out with MTN. When I called MTN, they want me to draw a bank statement, then physically go to the MTN store and then they will review my case.
I thought this service is to make life easier, but that is not the case!
i want my money or my airtime asap!!
