I requested an update on my cellphone and agreed with Simon at Nashua Mobile that the swap to the new simcard will take place at the end of January when my new phone is delivered. Since this morning I cannot make or receive any calls on my cellphone and the message "no service" is displayed. I contacted Nashua Mobile service centre and was told they did the sim swap this morning, even though my new phone has not been delivered yet. I asked them to re-activate my old simcard, but they were unable to do so. This breach of contract by Nashua Mobile means that I will be without cellphone connection for the next ten days until I get back to Stellenbosch where my new phone is supposed to be delivered. This is ridiculous, but the people at the Service Centre just shrugged their shoulders, and referred me to Simon, who was not available. Can you please help me with contact particulars of the CEO of Nashua Mobile so that I can cancel all agreements that I have with them.
