DISGUSTED WITH CELL C WHAT'S NEW

A modern purchased about 6 weeks ago and has failed to connect to the Internet after 2 weeks of purchase, I was given instruction to take it for a programs upgrade which I did (south gate) when I tried connecting it still failed after numerous calls with data dept they advised I need take it in to a store for repairs which I did (Carlton centre) it was taken in for repairs for a week, after collection it still failed to connect, after calls with data dept again I was old to take it to a store for repairs AGAIN! When I get to my nearest store once again they gave me attitude and told me they can't help me I need to take it to the shop I bought it at??? What rubbish process is that!? What if I had purchased the modern at another province??? The consultant at the store (Linda) refused to help me till I got a consultant (Rosita) who spoke to him to assist me. I experienced disgusting service at the westgate, the device has now once again been taken for "repairs" with a time frame of 2-6 weeks! Some more time for me without Internet! Should this repair take longer then a week do not want that modern back I demand a refund. Lose a VIP customer! I don't think you care!
