I have had it with Voidacom

Hi

I recently purchased a Nokia Lumia 720 on contract in July 2013 and to date the phone has been repaired three times. I can not afford to be paying Vodacom my monthly premium, its hardly four months yet the phone has been in for repairs for the same problem. It has been taken twice to the advance repair centre under Job no 9269536-28311891. Just last week the same problem occured again. I am not having a new contract phone fixed for the fourth time. I have have been with vodacom for over 8 years now and this is bad servce. Either Vodacom gives me a new phone or they should cancel my subscription. I do not want this phone again. I refuse to have it fixed. I just want a new phone or just cancel my contract. I will rather go to another service provider. I have had it.

Please come take your phone, cancel my contract which is always up to date with you and give the phone to someone else because I do no want it even if you fix it. I have lost respect for bot Vodacom and Nokia. I am done.
