NO REPLY NO FEEDBACK

Courier collected my phone after many many many call centre comunications. Somebody phoned me after the phone was recieved to confirm a few details and have not heard anything since. Where is my phone? What is the problem? We need a phone. Will we be reimbursed for time without phone on the contract?
How long should this take? The phone was collected - 12/02/13.
Tomorow it will be 14 days!
