I bought a contract phone and it was delivered on the 26 Nov 2013, phone was Faulty and was not connected to the network for 5 days i went To Virgin Mobile Maponya Mall to cancel contract and they offered me a new contract phone after 5 days i received the phone they said they will send someone to collect the phone Now i have the phone with me for 3 weeks is not collected and its faulty now i receive sms notification that my account will be debited on the 20th of DEC 2013 while i have the documents that my contract is cancelled and the new phone contract that they offered the first instalment is due on 25 Jan 2014 please assist
