Virgin a CONMAN Total RipOFF

I renewed contract via phone. The phone had problem since day one. at Startup it says no sim detected but if you accept to start without sim it actually detects the sim and start up detecting the sim. If i go into the INBOX or SENTBOX It flickers on and off after a few times i would be successful in going into my messages.i logged a complaint and they booked it for repairs and pickup. The phone then started working OK again and i cancelled the repair. This problem then came and went. Recently the phone got so bad it did not want to make or receive calls. I was also provide with a new simcard to see if it was the sim.before they collected the phone worked OK again. The phone was collected and i received a SMS claiming liquid damage. I was 100% sure that cannot be. I then wanted to cancell the contract whereupon i was told to first pay the balance. This i was not going to do as they have the phone which they now falsely claim had liquid damage. This is crazy and a total RIPOFF!!!
