I'm being sent from piller to post please help

Bought a blackberry 9900 on a 24 month contract on 11/06/2013 in Aberton Mall telkom shop and collected it a week later as they had no stock at the time. 2weeks later there was some tecnical problem with the phone and i had to take it in for repares at the telkom shop festival mall as it was the closest to my place of work. 2weeks later they sent me an sms that the phone is awaiting spares. After about six weeks they replace my phone with the same model but old handset. i complained about it at the shop but took the phone only to find out that the phone had no standard apps. a few days after went back to the shop and they booked the phone in again. a week later they sent me an sms to collect my phone. they gave me a different phone from the one i had brought in note that this is now a third hanset i have recieved in a space of 3 months of which none i've been able to use for more than 2weeks. before the day was over the phone will just switch off. a few days later went back to the shop and again they book the phone in this was on 01/10/2013, I collected the phone yesterday 09/11/2013 they gave me another scrap. I tryed their call centre n website but no help.
