Time to upgrade... JIPPY, but get through to Virgin Mobile and getting people to understand that everything was finalised with EARL STRYDOM at retentions. Nobody can find my details on the system, weve countless time spoke to the agents to indicate to them that i have permission from my Step Father to work with Virgin on his behalf.

I could have just gone to a Virgin shop and upgraded there. The package has been laying at CCD Couriers since the 21st of February 2013. They can get hold of my step afther, why is that i ask myself because his F*#king details should not be on the delivery note.

Do we live in a society that still work in a business place. I would hope not but clearly somewhere there is miscommunication.

On friday i was told that they approved a 3rd party delivery, the courier company does not know and they cannot assist me as my details are not on the forms.

So either VIRGIN Mobile will get that phone to me TODAY with the adresses i have supplied or i will cancel it. Im paying a higher fee now because of an upgraded package but the service is getting worse.

I want an answer now!!!
